homemade gatorade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup  fresh squeezed orange or mandarin
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar

Directions

Blend in a blender. Serve cold. Keep for up to 2 days in the fridge.
