- 2 carrots
- ½ Fuji apple
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 tbsp. fresh ginger (optional for kiddos!)
- 4 cups of cold filtered water
Blend for 1-2 minutes on high in a Vitamix or high-pressure blender. Enjoy 8-16 oz. or save for up to 3 days in your refrigerator.
