Chef V Easy Raw Pesto
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 3/4 cup raw pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup cold-pressed olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Sea Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Process all the ingredients in a Vitamix until smooth. Will keep for up to a month refrigerated.
