We were both pleasantly surprised, neither one of us were ever really “starving”. I set alarms to remind myself of what would be next and staying on the schedule you actually feel quite full! End result, I lost 10lbs he lost 15lbs! This was the perfect start to leaning out for summer as we were both fairly active. Thank you Chef V for the soups at the end of the night, definitely looked forward to them. What a great experience!!
