  • 4 ounces smoked wild salmon, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced thin
  • Sliced red onion
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 1 slice gluten-free bread or bagel, optional


Soak the salmon in the lemon juice for a minute. Plate the salmon and top it with avocado, onions, and capers. Or you can eat the salmon on gluten-free toast or bagel.
