Ingredients
- 8-12 oz boiling water
- 1 bag non-caffeinated tea
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh or ground turmeric
- 1/8 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1 cinnamon stick, optional
Directions
Steep tea for 3 minutes. Add spices, vinegar, and a squeeze of the lemon wedge. Enjoy warm!
